2013 – For violin, prerecorded violin, and speaker dome with 3rd order ambisonics.
This performance of Reich’s Violin Phase (1967) was spatialized via third order ambisonics in a 3D speaker array surrounding the audience. I recorded the tape parts and mapped geometric spatializaion patterns in Ardour.
